Terms & Conditions: Megaphonics 2026 Wine Case Giveaway

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Drive Elite Ltd, registered address: Oxford House, 15-17 Mount Ephraim Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN1 1EN (referred to below as "the Promoter").

2. The Competition

• 2.1. The title of the competition is: Megaphonics 2026 Wine Case Giveaway.

• 2.2. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

• 3.1. The competition is open to UK residents only.

• 3.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

• 3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to request valid proof of age (such as a passport or UK photo driving licence) before any prize is awarded. If a winner cannot prove they are 18 or over, their entry will be void and a runner-up will be selected.

• 3.4. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are excluded from entering.

4. How to Enter

• 4.1. The competition is completely free to enter. No purchase is necessary.

• 4.2. The competition opens at 09:00 BST on Saturday 1st August 2026 and closes at 18:00 BST on Sunday 2nd August 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be counted.

• 4.3. To enter, you must fully complete and submit the official digital or physical sign-up form provided by the Promoter at the Megaphonics Event (located at Boxengasse, Oxfordshire) during the Promotion Period.

• 4.4. Strictly one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. The Prize

• 5.1. The prize is: One (1) case of six (6) bottles of Hidden Spring Vineyard Sparkling Rosé Wine.

• 5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.

• 5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• 6.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a computerised random generator. The draw will take place within [e.g., 3 days] of the closing date.

• 6.2. The winner will be notified by email or phone (using the details provided on the sign-up form) within [e.g., 7 days] of the draw.

• 6.3. If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a runner-up at random from the remaining eligible entries.

• 6.4. Delivery: The prize will be delivered to a UK address only, or hand-delivered, subject to successful age verification at the point of handover.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• 7.1. Any personal data submitted on the sign-up form will be processed securely in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• 7.2. Your data will be used by the Promoter to administer the competition and contact the winner.

• 7.3. If you opted-in to receive marketing communications on the entry form, we will use your email to send you updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. General

• 8.1. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• 8.3. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Megaphonics, Boxengasse, or Hidden Spring Vineyard.

• 8.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
